Manufacturer Representative Description

Manufacturer Representative’s are self-employed individuals or companies. They are contracted to build sales relationships within specified territories. Manufacturer Rep’s main purpose is to promote name and products of S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc. to Distributors within the specified territory. A Manufacturer Rep is to help secure Distributors who will import products and distribute into stores and accounts throughout their targeted territory.

A Manufacturer Representative is a self-employed operation. As such they are responsible for establishing their own rules of operation, business hours, sales force, employee’s compensation and business policies. S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc. contracts for the services of the Manufacturer Representatives to perform the following services for S.W.E.A.R. and our Distributors ("Your Clients").


Your Clients: Are Distributors who will have their own fully staffed operations. They have one or more warehouses. They have their own custom brokers. They have their own sales force. They have existing sales relations with the retail stores, or end users of S.W.E.A.R products & their sales staff is responsible for making sales. "Your Clients" are S.W.E.A.R’s Distributors and will rely upon you to perform the following services:

-- to demonstrate our products and promote the value of its use;
-- to find new Distributors to import & sell S.W.E.AR. products within their territory;
-- to assist in the processing of applications for Distributors for each territory;
-- to assist Distributor in submitting orders to S.W.E.AR. Int’l, inc.;
-- to assist Distributor in translating all required documentation to S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.;
-- to assist Distributor in submitting payment orders properly to S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.;
-- to provide written sales & activity reports to S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc. scheduled basis;
-- to attend trade & other events for the purpose of promoting S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.’s products;
-- to work with S.W.E.A.R In’tl, inc, Distributor in promotional marketing of S.W.E.A.R.’s products;
-- to comply with S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.’s terms & conditions of sale;
-- to conscientiously & effectively cover the assigned territory in order to build new accounts;
-- to avoid any form of misrepresenting the S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.’s products;
-- to perform duties & services that will add goodwill & value to the S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.’s brand;

Compensation:  
 
As a privately owned business the Manufacturer Representative is responsible for all its’ expenses incurred in performing the duties as a Manufacturer Rep. for S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc.
S.W.E.A.R. Int’l, inc. contracts the services of the Manufacturer Representative to perform the duties described fully within the Manufacturer Representative Agreement. For successfully performing the services contracted the Manufacturer Representative will be compensated as follows:

-- to be paid a percentage of all paid invoices from each Distributor account;
-- to be paid a onetime bonus for each newly approved account;
-- to be paid an annual goodwill bonus (based on terms described within the Manufacturer Rep. Agreement);
-- to be paid a performance bonus( based on terms described within the Manufacturer Rep. Agreement);
-- to be paid a referral fee for each Distributor account referred and approved but is outside the Mfr Rep’s territory.
