(1) How many S.W.E.A.R. Int'l product lines can we represent? | ||||
"It's possible to represent all 5 of our product lines, however:".... | ||||
- You will begin with just one or two product lines, as you must first show a pattern of success; - You must be able to meet your sale quota for each product line; - There will be no territorial exclusivity allowed until you can demonstrate success in your territory;; - Territorial exclusivity will not be given until you demonstrate customer satisfaction performance; - Additional product lines will be added as sales, service & management success is clearly demonstrated. | ||||

(2) "Do you offer Exclusive Territories?" | ||||
"Yes, of course we offer exclusive territories, in fact that is our goal with our Manufacturer Representatives". | ||||
- As we (S.W.E.AR.) lay the ground work towards building the brand recognition of our products, wewill support each Manufacturer Rep to successfully market our products and to use all of our available programs to help build product loyalty within their market territory. New, unproven Manufacturer Reps may not be granted exclusive territories until we have had the opportunity to carefully evaluate the performance. We do understand that it may take a few months to develop a market for our products, and we do take this in consideration. As part of our review we will also evaluate the following: | ||||
- Manufacturer Reps who have kept their staff trained and motivated; - Manufacturer Reps who have maintained competent sales staff to service and build new sales; - Manufacturer Reps who have worked to build our name recognition; - Manufacturer Reps who have positive feedback from Distributor accounts; - Manufacturer Reps who have met their sales quotas; - Manufacturer Reps who have achieved success within their selected territory to open new markets. - Manufacturer Reps who have maintained timely communications & issued timely reports to S.W.E.A.R. | ||||

(3) "As Manufacturer Rep. what is my income potential?" | ||||
"Unlimited"… | ||||
As a Manufacturer Representative your company is paid a percentage of each paid invoice we receive from your Distributor/ Importer account. The more successful accounts which pay on time, the higher your earned commissions grow. S.W.E.A.R. Int'l, inc. has no set limits on the amount of commissions you are able to earn. And remember, along with your earned commissions, we will also pay the following: | ||||
- onetime bonus for each newly approved Distributor/Importer Account you set up; - annual goodwill bonus (based on good customer rating from Distributors); - annual performance bonus (based on scoring high on your performance evaluation); - paid referral fee for each Distributor account which is set up outside of your territory. | ||||
The income potential is truly unlimited. The only limitation is the one you set. | ||||

(4) "How do I keep track of my earned commissions?" | ||||
"Manufacturer Reps " On-Line Account Manager (OLAM)"… | ||||
- By the time you receive your welcome kit in mail, we will have set up your OLAM; - You will choose a username & we will assign a temporary password. | ||||
- Upon your first log-in it will require you change your password. | ||||
- Your OLAM will give you real time access to all of your account activity including: | ||||
- Up to the minute sales, including pending sales; - Total of paid invoices to date; - Total earned commissions; - Total paid commissions; - Report log of your customer feedback; and more… | ||||

(5) "How do know if I am an approved Manufacturer Representative?" | ||||
"Once you are an approved as Manufacturer Representative & your account is established you will receive:" | ||||
- A welcome kit that includes your Manufacturer Representative signed agreement; - Your Manufacturer Rep "On-Line Account Management" (OLAM) password & account number; - A list of any Distributor Leads & inquiries we have received within your territory; - All training manuals, cds, presentations; - Product Demonstration Kits Order Form; | ||||

Manufacturer Representatives are businesses. Purchasing the appropriate number of product demo kits for each of their sales staff is business investment & the responsibility of the business owner. We want you to be successful, so S.W.E.A.R. Int'l, inc. will provide (estimated) enough product to refill the sample kits & allow your sales team to perform at least 100 demonstrations. FREE OF CHARGE! | ||||
And…… upon your first completed, paid order, we will also reimburse you for the initial investment of your product demonstration kits. (Less the shipping fees) | ||||

(6) "Can we get free samples for our Distributor Accounts?" | ||||
"Yes, we do have a Free Sample Program and it is tightly controlled to protect your Distributor Accounts who have an investment in building a strong territory for their S.W.E.A.R. products. It works like this"... We offer our "Free Samples" through our PILOT RUN PROGRAM. Our Pilot Run Program: | ||||
- Only allows "Free Samples" to Distributors who completed DAP's & have a signed agreement on file; - Is limited in the amount of "free samples" that we allow in the marketplace; - Each Distributor will only be allowed just one Pilot Run for the length of their agreement; | ||||
To order through our Pilot Run program: | ||||
- The Importer will initially invest in their sample run; - Pilot Run purchase will permit a onetime exclusion to our $25,000 minimum purchase policy; - However, Importer/Distributor will not be allowed to order more than $1,500 Pilot sample run; - After the pilot purchase, Importer/Distributor has 120 days in which to make their first full purchase; - If full purchase is made within 120 day period they will receive full credit for the PILOT purchase; - PILOT RUNS must be paid in full and in advance; - Pilot Run fees do not include any transportation, custom, duties, tariff or document fees. | ||||
EXAMPLE: | ||||
- Importer/ Distributor request pilot run of $ 1,500 (usd); - 65 days later Importer request first full order of $200,000 (usd); - Importer will be only invoiced for $198,500 (usd); - Importer/Distributor will be given credit for Pilot Run purchase making Pilot Run a FREE SAMPLE. | ||||
"Why is our PILOT RUN PURCHASE PROGRAM so tightly regulated?" | ||||
"Too much sample & too much time are required in order to perform a total evaluation" ..... | ||||
- S.W.E.A.R. products are not a "one time use/ instant benefit" product. A single small sample will offer no immediate benefit. Some of S.W.E.A.R. products require a month or two of use in order for a thorough evaluation; - if we provided all the free product each Distributor requests & more free product for each of their customers & then allow them to use it for one or two months, there would be a large amount of FREE product floating around your territory & out of your control. Too many Distributors may allow too many customers to benefit for too a long a period without purchasing a single product. That will be a great financial loss to you and S.W.E.AR.; - multiply this high amount of FREE SAMPLE to be used by each importer & each distributor & each of their customers we would have allowed tens of thousands of liters FREE product to saturate your market place. | ||||
The problem with FREE SAMPLES... | ||||
There is NO FREE LUNCH! | ||||
- No company will give thousands of free samples of anything away for free. Importer does pay, and so does everyone else. It will be reflected in the wholesale prices that Distributors are given. Any successful business, knows how this really works. - We have been able to keep our wholesale prices low & steady for years because we strongly control our cost & that includes the cost & use of FREE SAMPLES. Even with the ever increasing cost of doing business, we have been able to reliably offer our Distributors the same low wholesale prices since 2004. | ||||
We will always protect our Importers and Distributors! | ||||
- Imagine if we allowed tens of thousands of FREE SAMPLES to float loosely around your marketplace; - Now just imagine you are one of our SERIOUS Distributors/Importers who have just invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in product with an aggressive & solid marketing plan in hopes of becoming an Exclusive Importer/Distributor & build a strong market position in their territory. Yet everywhere their sales people visit, they find it impossible to sell product to their established or new accounts because someone just left & offered the exact same S.W.E.A.R. products at prices so low that you could never compete. And because they can charge any low price they desire, you could not compete, how could they do this? They got a hold of a lot of FREE product & can sell it for any price they want & still make a profit, because "black market" free product is now in your territory. This can happen very quickly if we let free samples just flow freely throughout your marketplace. Needless to say, you will not be happy with your S.W.E.A.R. products, you would not be happy with us. We would lose money, we would lose our reputation & we would lose a valuable relationship with you. | ||||
This will never happen, because, we will always control FREE SAMPLES. And we will always protect our relationship with you & your Distributors! | ||||

(7) "As Manufacturer Rep must I have a company office location?" | ||||
"No. Many Manufacturer Representatives operate their businesses from their home. However, in order to keep their Manufacturer Representative agreement with S.W.E.AR., they must:" | ||||
- have a dedicated work place in their home; - have computer, telephone line with answering machine & email that is dedicated to their business; - provide workplace for their sales staff; - have a secure space to lock & protect sensitive S.W.E.A.R. documents & material; -- have a secure space to protect & lock their Distributor account documents; | ||||

(8) "As a Manufacturer Rep am I also allowed to be a Distributor?" | ||||
"This is a No & Yes answer. The "No" answer is… | ||||
Due to potential conflict of interest we do not allow our Manufacturer Reps to become a Distributor while they have a Manufacturer Rep Agreement in effect with S.W.E.A.R. | ||||
The "Yes" answer is… | ||||
We have given LIMITED PERMISSION for our Manufacturer Reps to act as Importer/Distributor in the following cases: | ||||
- Sales have been made to government municipalities who could not act as their own Importer; - Sales have been made to unique organizations directly who did not have Importer relations; | ||||
It is possible to encounter a unique circumstance that may only be satisfied with the Manufacturer Rep acting as the Importer/Distributor. Certainly during these situations S.W.E.A.R. Int'l, inc. will work closely with both our Manufacturer Rep & their customer to assure proper delivery & service to both. | ||||
