"I have finally learned my P.L.A.C.E."
 
"I am a small farmer. I do not have the money to spend on high technology products. I have chickens and swine. Each and every one of my livestock meant either a profit of a loss to my family. I was losing a lot of money because the odor gases in my barns were so strong that my animals were getting sick, fell underweight and could not produce enough eggs to make up even have a half seasons income.
