There is a 100% natural solution to Ammonia Control and we know our

To a farmer, cow manure is a great natural resource, as it has so many advantages for our environment & for the agriculture industry, however, as many benefits as cow manure presents, there are just as many disadvantages. |
|
ADVANTAGES... | DIS-ADVANTAGES... |
Cow manure is rich in organic matter, improving the soil capacity which makes for good root development. | Pollution found in rivers & streams are mostly caused by fertilizers, pesticides & manure contaminated farm runoff. |
Cow manure contains high amounts of potash which also helps to promote disease resistance in crops. | Manure as fertilizer is most often just dropped onto the surface, rendering half of it useless, the nitrogen escapes into the air as ammonia, causing detectable, annoying odors. |
Farmers sell cow manure to city operations which in turn uses it for care of city properties. | The manure is high in nitrogen, much of it escaping into the air, causing lingering air pollution through the city. |
Cow manure is beneficial to the growth of crops, plants, & landscapes, increasing profits which comes from using the total cow. | Contaminated cow manure not properly broken down into non toxic, useful fertilizer is responsible for thousands of outbreaks of E.Coli death & other bacteria diseases. |
Cows produce lots of natural fertilizer. | The emission of ammonia from manure contributes greatly to the environmental pollution of the air & water systems. |

|
and consider this... |
|
A single cow can produce 45kg (100 lbs) of wet manure per day. Manure is organic material consisting of the feces & urine of cattle. About 9kg (20 lbs) of this waste is dry, solid matter. If you own just 100 head of cattle, you are producing 4.5 Mg (5 tons) each & every day. Unless you turn that much manure under soil, you're creating an over abundance of manure, which finds it's way into our water systems, spreading disease, bacteria & potential death to all who swims, plays, or uses the water as a source of livelihood. (E.Coli is one of the leading causes of kidney failure in children). Abundance of cow manure is a major problem. Just think, the more cattle you own, the greater contributor you may be to the destruction of our planet's environment. |

Yes, there are many natural advantages in cow manure, but the disadvantages are just too powerful to ignore. |
